If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a credit, refund or exchange for up to 90 days. Some limitations apply. See the section on Returns below for details. Lifetime Fade Free warranty: my work is exclusively printed using fine art archival paper and fine art archival inks. All my prints come with my exclusive Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment: if your artwork were to fade I will replace it at no charge for as long as you own my work. No questions asked, just return the artwork to me and I will ship you a new piece right away! Nadim Yared Seal of Authenticity and signature: Each photograph comes with our unique Nadim Yared Seal of authenticity label on the back of your artwork and is signed on the Print and the Mat. The presence of the label and the signature guarantees that you own an original Nadim Yared Fine Art photograph. Our Lifetime Fade Free Warranty is honored on all pieces which carry this label. Shipping: Shipping costs within the US are included in the price, Minnesota residents have to add sales taxes. If for any reason your package was damaged during shipping, despite all the care we took packing it, you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Just call or email, return the damaged item to us and we will ship you a brand new piece at no extra charge! Custom Print Size, Mat Size, Mat Colors and Framing: We offer customized Print Sizes, Mat Sizes and Mat Colors to fit your needs and frames. We also offer Framing. Please contact us for details at nayla@album-of-art.com. Returns: Your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. If you have purchased multiple pieces from us and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to us all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us, either by phone or email, notifying us that a return is coming.
